Huisheng offers a 5 years warranty of paint on hard wood and PVC shutters,and 15 years warranty on structure.

Surcharges are included in all speciality orders such as some shaped shutters,Bipass shutters or Bifold shutters,corner windows,double hung shutters.Surcharges are also applied to invisible tilt, off set tilt and custom colored shutters.

It takes about 7 days to produce painted shutters, the specialty shutters or stain shutters take about 14 days. The shipment will be scheduled before the entire container order is finished. For the turn around time, generally it takes about 6-8 weeks.

Although Huisheng does a fantastic job minimizing the chances of products error,there is always the rare occasion that something might come damaged during transit or due to the cause of manufacturing defect.As all our shutters are covered by our 5 year warranty,if you receive the shutters comes damaged or if there is something wrong on them,you can provide pics of the error,then we will remake for you at no cost.
